Arrivals: We request that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service before your first scheduled appointment. Within this time, we will familiarize you with our facility and allow you to change into slippers prior to your service. While we understand life happens, late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times, meaning ALL services end on time, allowing the next guest to enjoy their allotted service time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Personal Effects: Please keep all jewelry and valuables with you at all times. The spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Informed Consent: All services require informed signed consent as well as service specific intake forms. We want to make sure we know any health conditions that you may have in advance in order to ensure there are no contraindications. We value your health and safety. Thank you for your understanding an full participation in your wellness! Additionally, clients and therapists have the right to end any treatment at any time for any reason. We value all of our clients and therapists. For your comfort, professional and appropriate draping is used in all spa treatments.
Age requirements The minimum age of 16 is required in order to receive services, without a parent in the room, with signed parental/guardian consent. Minors, ages 12-16, are welcome to receive duo massage services with a same-sex accompanying parent, with signed consent.
Cell phones, personal electronic devices are discouraged in order to preserve the dignity of all guests and employees and to promote a tranquil atmosphere.
Payment for Services
1. We require a valid credit card number to confirm all spa reservations. For your convenience, payment for spa services is settled upon the conclusion of your treatment and not in advance.
2. 20% gratuity is added to the total balance of ALL spa treatments and services received. ALL gratuity goes to your therapist. Any additional gratuity, to spa attendants or concierge, is at guest discretion and cash is encouraged. Gratuity can be optionally added to group/class sessions but is not automatic. All prices are subject to change.
3. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the appointment time to avoid a fee equal to the full value of the service. Same-day modifications, to move appointments to another day, are at the discretion of our concierge, and subject to a $35 change fee. Missed appointments will be charged in full as our therapist have saved this time for you and we value their commitment.
4. As of September 1, 2023 ALL gift card appointments must be made via email request at rosewildalchemy@gmail.com. Additionally, gift cards must be presented at the time of service to be valid. Lost or stolen gift cards are not the responsibility of Roses Wild Alchemy.
